I want to stay in Bangkok away from Khao San Road so my question is, where is the best place to stay in Bangkok, cheap, and close to all the amenities? I have heard about Sukhumvit, is that near the airport? Can I cycle from teh airport to Sukhumvit? Is there anywhere else I should think about gettig a cheap guest ouse?
